Join the Ready Justice product team which helps Courts, Tribunals and Legal Agencies manage cases and guide the general public through the judicial system. If you are looking to join a hands-on product management team and to work in a fast-paced, dynamic business this is the role for you!You Will Get To

  • Work with the product team to deliver a roadmap that fits with the overall product vision and objectives.
  • Create and maintain product documentation
  • Suggest product enhancements to improve the user experience and support our commercial objectives
  • Speak with customers to identify needs, validate ideas and collect product feedback
  • Translate those customer needs into product requirements, by developing user stories, specifying acceptance criteria and testing needs.
  • Create detailed product requirements of new features while building and maintaining team backlog
  • Work with the sales and marketing teams to launch new features, drive adoption and gather needs
  • Work with the development team to deliver quality features and with our Product Designers to help translate concepts to wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and detailed design specifications.

More about you:

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You are a team player and thrive when working with and collaborating with others
  • You enjoy a past paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same
  • You have a high degree and creativity and drive
  • You have hands on experience working in an agile product development space
  • Knowledge of the judicial system or case management will be held in high regard, but not essential
  • You may have a background in the legal sector, again this would be held in high regard, but is not essential
